Those who have attended the Federation\u2019s Directors and Supervisors Joint Meetings and General Meetings for eight consecutive times or attended ten meetings of the Federation within three years. Those who hold joint meetings of supervisors and general meetings may be appointed as senior directors. The calculation of attendance rate will be traced back to January 2009. The responsibility for nomination shall be determined by the general secretariat according to the sign-in record. Those who meet the qualifications shall be submitted by the president. Appointment shall be made after approval by the joint meeting of supervisors or the general meeting of members.<\/li><li style=\"list-style: inside; margin: 0.5rem 0px; padding: 0px;\">Directors and member representatives: selected from among the executive supervisors and members of each branch.
